This troubleshooting procedure has been revised to include symptoms and root causes that are known, from tested field experience, to result in data not displaying in Product Link.
Coverage added includes radio data symptoms which occur near component end of life and RFI interference from non-shielded sources.

- Service Magazine, SEPD1639, "Product Link Signal Communication Improvements Are Now Available on Certain Large Wheel Loaders, Landfill Wheeled Dozers, and Landfill Compactors", announces availability of 338-1132 Warning Beacon Lamp Gp and 381-2491 Condenser Fan As which provide adequate shielding to prevent radio interference with Product Link antenna.

- Special Instruction, REHS2365, "Installation Guide for Product Link PL121SR and PL321" provides extensive setup and installation guidance which prevents Product Link communication problems.
