Description of Change: An improved Autolube hose and tube routing design is now used on the machines listed above. The improved routing will provide better retention and truck loading performance along with enhanced service life.

Adaptable To: Use parts that are listed in Table 1 to update front linkage Autolube lines for 966H Standard Lift, 966H High Lift, 972H High Lift, 966K Standard Lift, 966K High Lift, 972K Short Lift, and 972K High Lift machines. Refer Illustration 1 for proper routing and location of parts.

Tilt Lever Rework

The improved Autolube lines routing is adaptable to machines and effective in production with machines that are listed in Table 6. Refer Illustration 1 for proper routing and location of hardware. Tape mark on hose assemblies indicates clipping location. New components should be evaluated for proper clearance and fit throughout the entire operating range.

Refer to Illustration 2 for rework procedure on existing Tilt Lever. The existing 9R-2613 Weld Boss (A) near D-pin location on Tilt Lever must be removed in order to prevent interference with new house routing during linkage motion.
