柴油氧化催化剂(DOC)/选择性催化还原(SCR)后处理

SCR 进气 NOx 传感器位于排气背压调节器(EBPR)和 DOC 进口之间的排气管上。 SCR 出口 NOx 传感器位于排气尾管上。

DOC/柴油微粒滤清器(DPF)/SCR 后处理

SCR 进气 NOx 传感器位于 DPF 后的清洁排放模块(CEM)上。 SCR 出口 NOx 传感器位于排气尾管上。

排气系统有两个测量 O2 和 NOx 的 NOx 传感器。 进口传感器监控进入 SCR 催化剂的 NOx 和 O2。 出口传感器监控离开 SCR 催化剂的 NOx 和 O2。

按所列步骤顺序完成以上步骤。

转至测试步骤 2。
   

2. 检查涡轮增压器和排气管间是否出现排气泄漏

A. 检查排气管是否断开。

B. 检查接头是否损坏/松动。
   

发现泄漏
   

结果:涡轮和排气管间发现排气泄漏。

修理:修理排气泄漏。

转至测试步骤 3。
   

3. 执行后处理系统功能测试

A. 复位所有现行代码并清除所有记录的代码。

B. 使用电子维修工具执行"后处理系统功能测试"以便确认消除故障。
   
测试通过    
结果:通过"后处理系统功能测试"。

NOx 传感系统充分工作,已消除故障。

使机组返回工作。

结果:未通过"后处理系统功能测试",仍存在诊断代码。

修理:更换传感器。

如果仍存在故障,联系代理商解决方案网络(DSN)。
