Introduction

The problem that is identified below does not have an interim solution. A project is underway to correct the software and calculated fuel flow total.

Problem

Discrepancies have been identified when using the Multi-Tool and the Burn Rate Meter that result in fuel total accuracy errors in the 7% - 10% range, depending on the length of time measuring fuel flow and the volume of fuel being measured.

Solution

Updated software is being developed. New software will be available to update your Multi-Tool for use with the 368-9911 Burn Rate Group once the issues are resolved.

Interim Corrective Action

None. Be aware when using the 368-9911 Burn Rate Group with the 368-9910 Multi-Tool, that the total fuel burned may be different than shown by the tool.
