For all serial numbers in "Affected" Table 1, cracks must be gouged out prior to rewelding.

Reweld the cracked welds between the cutting edge and paddle plates
Make the new welds between 100 to 200 mm (4 to 8 inch) in length.
For all serial numbers in "Effected" Table 2, those buckets will have the improved welds from the factory.
