Download Recommendations

The loader payload system has a certain amount of memory space available for storing payload data. Download this data on a regular basis to keep payload data records. The frequency of the scheduled downloads depends on the following factors:

  • Number of shifts

  • Amount of loading

Sites that use the “4-pass loading” method begin to overwrite old data after 2700 to 2800 trucks have been loaded.

The old data is overwritten when the payload memory reaches the maximum limit. The system continues to collect the new data, however, the oldest data is lost in the process. The "Payload Memory" always contains data from the most recent operations.

To prevent storing erroneous payload data, download data prior to adjusting the onboard time for daylight savings time.
