New Software Flash File Extension Requires Caterpillar Electronic Technician (Cat ET) 2013B {0785, 1900, 1901}

A new flash file extension is now used for flash files. Flash files with this new extension (.fl2) requires Caterpillar Electronic Technician (Cat ET) 2013B to open.
The new flash file format allows content information, such as Release Notes, to be included within the file that future releases of Cat ET will be able to read.
Note: Previous extensions for flash files can still be read by Cat ET 2013B and previous versions of Cat ET.
