Introduction

The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known use the solution that is identified below.

Problem

The 102-5861 Thrust Plates are not made to print. This results in the thrust plate bolts being sheared off.

Solution

Replace the 102-5861 Thrust Plate with another 102-5861 Thrust Plate .

Measure the thrust plate prior to installation.

The correct thickness of the thrust plate ... 5 ± 0.025 mm (0.197 ± 0.001 inch)
