Control Valve (Stick Lowering)

Usage:

390F FEH
斗杆降低控制阀位于斗杆油缸连杆端上。

斗杆下降控制阀具有两个功能:

  • 如果液压供油管路出现故障,或通向斗杆油缸的供油管路出现故障,斗杆下降控制阀可防止斗杆滑落。

  • 在发动机熄火后,操作员可通过斗杆下降控制阀以手动方式降下斗杆。

操作员将操纵手柄移到 STICK OUT(斗杆伸出)位置时,泵机油从主控制阀流经管路至斗杆下降控制阀的孔口 (10) 。 泵油流入油道 (16) ,并且泵油的压力使单向阀 (23) 克服弹簧向下移动。 泵油流经油道 (16) 到达油道 (19) 。 此动作允许斗杆油缸连杆端的泵油从端口 (10) 流向端口 (24) 。 斗杆油缸的连杆将收回,从而使斗杆伸出。

当操纵手柄返回空档位置时,斗杆油缸固定在伸出位置。 单向阀 (23) 和阀 (25) 防止斗杆油缸连杆端内的油从斗杆油缸中流出。

操作员将操纵手柄移到 STICK IN(斗杆伸出)位置时,泵机油从主控制阀流经连接至斗杆油缸缸盖端的管路。

斗杆油缸连杆端中的机油开始流向斗杆降低控制阀的孔口 (24) 。 油流入油道 (19) 期间,单向阀 (23) 将保持关闭状态。 同时,向斗杆降低控制阀孔口 (22) 供给先导油流。 油口 (22) 处的先导油将使滑阀 (25) 向左移动。 油随后从油道 (24) 流到油口 (10) 。 机油从孔口 (10) 流经管路至主控制阀并回到液压油箱。

当操纵手柄回到空档位置时,先导油压损失将允许弹簧迫使滑阀 (25) 闭合。 斗杆油缸连杆端的油被截留,因此斗杆油缸固定不动。
