Disassembly Procedure

1. Remove the hydraulic tank.

4. Remove retaining ring (3) and strainer assembly (4).

5. Remove gage (5) and sensor (6).

6. Remove adapter (7) and receiver (8).

7. Remove bolts (9) and cover (10).

8. Remove bolts (11) and screens (12).

9. Remove nut (13), plate (14), and screen (15).

    Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury. To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.

14. Remove guide (23), spring (24), valve (25), seal (26), and plug (27).

15. Remove plate (28). Repeat for opposite side.

16. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hydraulic tank (29). The weight of hydraulic tank (29) is approximately 272 kg (600 lb). Remove bolts (30), mounts (31), and hydraulic tank (29).
