Usage:

C32 AX2

涡轮增压器进口温度 - 进入压缩机外壳的空气温度。

涡轮增压器涡轮进气温度 - 进入涡轮增压器涡轮的排气温度的计算。

此事件代码不表示需要执行进一步的诊断和修理。 此情况下继续运转发动机是可接受的。 仅在伴随有低功率投诉时,才应执行此步骤。 此事件代码的根源不太可能是由发动机故障导致,而可能是由安装或船舶特定故障导致。

注: 此事件代码是因进气温度和/或涡轮增压器进口温度升高产生。 这不是涡轮进口温度的直接测量值。

确定涡轮增压器进口温度过高的原因。 必要时,排除故障。 如有必要,使用应用和安装指南 LEBW4969 和 LEBW4971。
 

2. 进气温度高

A. 事件 E105 激活时的时间与涡轮增压器进口温度和进气温度记录。 利用直方图和环境能力图确定涡轮增压器进气温度是否为产生 E105 代码的原因。

3. 涡轮增压器进口温度传感器
A。 利用 Caterpillar 电子技师(Cat ET)检查涡轮增压器进口温度。

停止

结果:
温度不合理。

对电路和温度传感器进行故障排除。 参考故障排除, "传感器信号(模拟、无源)- 测试"。
