- 使用工具 (B) 钳断软管 (1) 和 (2) 。

- 断开线束组件 (6) 。 拆下夹子 (5) 和 (7) 。 拆下软管组件 (3) 和软管 (4) 。

- 拆下电缆扎带 (8) 并将线束组件放置到一旁。 卸下螺栓 (10) ，然后卸下盖 (9) 。 拆下螺栓 (12) 和歧管组件 (11) 。

- 将接头 (25) 和 O 形密封圈（未显示）从柴油机排气处理液泵 (24) 上拆下。

注: 在接头 (25) 上做识别标记，以便于安装。 接头 (25) 不可互换。
安装步骤
- 按与拆卸相反的顺序安装柴油机排气处理液泵 (24) 。
- 拧紧螺栓 (23) 至扭矩为 19 ± 2 N·m (168 ± 18 lb in)。
- 将螺栓 (19) 、 (20) 和 (21) 拧紧至扭矩为 4 ± 0.7 N·m (35 ± 6 lb in)。
- 将夹子 (5) 的螺栓拧紧至扭矩为 4 ± 0.7 N·m (35 ± 6 lb in)。
- 将工具 (A) 涂覆到软管组件 (3) 内的 O 形密封圈上。
