Device transfers are now supported in VisionLinkTM Store. A support ticket is no longer necessary in order to initiate a device transfer.
In order for a device to be eligible to be transferred to a new asset, active services from the original installation must be Canceled. Utilize "Cancel Services" in the "Asset Base" tab to cancel services whenever a device is removed from an asset to ensure that the asset can be used for subsequent installs.

To transfer a device to a new asset, select "Initiate Service" tab (1), and "Subscribe" sub tab (2) and search for the appropriate new machine, and confirm the new machine. You will associate the device serial number to the new machine by entering the device serial number into the "Device Serial No" field. Click out of the field to ensure that the value is retained. You can also overwrite existing device information in the process.
When the above process is completed, click "Continue" button (3) to add services and complete the order. Refer to Illustration 1.
