Wiring Harness (Short Circuit) - Test
短路故障会导致不必要的电流，通常为电路旁通负载。
例如：指示灯电路导线之间短路会在导线中产生过大电流，但指示灯上却没有电流。 指示灯电路短路。
注: 正常电路电阻可变，但特定电路与其他无关电路之间的正常电阻始终 ≥ 5K Ω。

1. 确定短路 A. 识别可疑电路的接头和导线编号 (1) 字样。 B. 切断钥匙开关和断路开关。 C. 从线束上断开部件和 ECM。 D. 在 ECM 线束接头上，将万用表表笔置于可疑导线触点上。 E. 使用其他万用表表笔检查所有其他 ECM 接头触点与机架接地之间的电阻。 |
≥ 5K Ω | 正常 - 所有电阻 ≥ 5K Ω。 止动块 不正常 - 电阻 < 5 Ω。 可疑导线与低电阻导线之间存在短路 (2) 字样。 修理： 修理或更换线束。 止动块 |
