  • TA2 (Technical Analysis) inspections are conducted to check the health of the equipment and to restore the equipment back to the factory performance specifications. Often an operator will not notice a 20% reduction in equipment productivity – especially when this degradation occurs over time. TA2 Inspections provide the following benefits to the customer:

    • Identifies potential problems

    • Uncovers overlooked problems

    • Increased productivity

    • Reduces unscheduled downtime

    • Lowers owning and operating costs

The TA2 inspection is performed by a skilled, seasoned technician. A critical part of the TA2 is locating the correct checklists, performance specifications, and system pressures.

Beginning in the Fall of 2012 with New Product Introductions, serial number-specific TA2 Inspection forms with pre-populated specifications are available in SIS. The TA2 forms are translated in the following languages: English, Chinese, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian.
