  1. Lower the temperature of bearings (13). Install bearings (13).

  2. Lower the temperature of bearings (12). Install bearings (12).

  3. Lower the temperature of bearings (11). Install bearings (11).

  4. Attach Tooling (B), Tooling (C), and a suitable lifting device to lift arms (1). The weight of lift arms (1) is approximately 460 kg (1015 lb). Install lift arms (1).

  5. The weight of pin (10) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Use two people to install pin (10) and any shims that were present.

  6. Install plate (9). Repeat for the other side.

  7. Place harness assembly (8) into position. Connect harness assembly (8) and install cable straps (7).

  8. Connect hose assemblies (5) and (6) to each side of the machine.

  9. Attach a suitable lifting device to the rod end of lift cylinder (4). The weight of lift cylinder (4) is approximately 60 kg (132 lb). Use the suitable lifting device in order to raise the rod end of lift cylinder (4) into position in lift arms (1). Install pin assembly (3). Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining ring (2). Repeat for the other side.

End By:

  1. Install the bucket.

  2. Install the tilt cylinder.
