Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining ring (2). Remove the washer. Pull the lower half of bucket positioner (1) from the bucket linkage.

Remove clip (3) and pin (4). Remove bucket positioner (1).

Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt cylinder (5). The bucket linkage will be removed with tilt cylinder (5) as a unit. The weight of tilt cylinder (5) and the bucket linkage is approximately 60 kg (132 lb).

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining rings (6) and (8). Remove pin assemblies (7) and (9). Remove any shims that may be present.

Attach Tooling (D) and a suitable lifting device to bucket (10). The weight of bucket (10) is approximately 1134 kg (2500 lb).

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining rings (11). Remove pin assembly (12). Record the position of any shims that may be present. Repeat for the other side.

Connect hose assemblies (16), (17), (18), and (19). Install hose assemblies (16), (17), (18), and (19). Install clamps (13), (14), and (15).

Lower the temperature of bearings (20) and (21). Use Tooling (F) in order to install bearings (20) and (21).
