6V-8188 Nut  Torque the ground terminal nut to 30.5 ± 3.5 N·m (270.0 ± 31.0 lb in)
Clearance between the pinion and the housing is 9.1 mm (0.36 inch)

The switch terminal must be insulated with heat shrink tubing. Do not use molded terminals. 
Torque to 3.4 ± 1.2 N·m (30.1 ± 10.6 lb in).
Torque the ground terminal nut to 3.4 ± 1.2 N·m (30.1 ± 10.6 lb in)
6V-8188 Nut  A maximum of three cable terminals or wire terminals may be used between the battery terminal nut (4). A maximum of two of the cable terminals may be equal to or greater than 0 AWG. 
Torque the battery terminal nut to 30.5 ± 3.5 N·m (270.0 ± 31.0 lb in).
6V-8188 Nut  Torque the motor terminal nut to 30.5 ± 3.5 N·m (270.0 ± 31.0 lb in)
Torque the motor frame terminal nut to 30.5 ± 3.5 N·m (270.0 ± 31.0 lb in)
No load conditions at 25 °C (77 °F):
Speed is 6950 ± 1650 rpm.
Current draw is 115 ± 25 amp.
Voltage is 23 VDC.
