Adaptable To: The new 385-5474 Rocker Arm As is a direct replacement for the existing 261-2291 Rocker Arm As. The new rocker arm assembly is adaptable back to first production on the serial numbers listed above.
This change is effective for the serial numbers listed in the Table 1.
