Password
- Refer to Systems Operation, RENR9558, "General Information (Getting Started)" for information on loading software.
A screen that is similar to illustration 1 will appear after the software is loaded.

- Select the "Enter Password" menu option. The "Enter User Name/Password" menu appears.
- Enter a valid username. Enter a valid password. Click on "OK".

Nominal Voltage - Set
- Refer to Systems Operation, RENR9558, "User Operations".
- Navigate to "Op. Params. Op. Group 1: Nominal Voltage". Select "Nominal Voltage" from the drop-down menu.

- Enter the new value that is required by the system in the "Enter new value for Nominal Voltage" field.
Note: This value must match the settings for the transformer voltage tap. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU8145, "Transformer Voltage Setup".

- Click the "Send" button.
After the "Send" button has been selected, a text message in the UPS View window confirms the setting of a new "Nominal Voltage" value.

The Nominal Voltage is now set.
"Internal CAN Enable" Set
Note: This procedure is for configuring the communications between the PC and the UPS after the initial start-up of the PC.
Note: During the initial start-up of communications, ignore any alarms until the start-up procedures for communications are complete.
"UPS Net Enable"
- Click on "Op Params.".
- Click on "Op. Group 5: Internal CAN Enable".
- Select "UPS Net Enable".

- Click on "Send".
UPS View Baud Rate
- Click on "Op Params.".

- Navigate to "Op. Params. Op. Group 6: Model Index" and select "Model Index" from the drop-down menu. Refer to illustration 8.

- Enter the new value that is required by your system in the "Enter new value for Model Index" box. Refer to table 1.

- Click the "Send" button.
After the "Send" button has been selected, a message in the message area of UPS View window will confirm the setting of the new "Model Index" value.
- Push the "CTRL" key and the "R" key on the PC sequentially.
Note: The process will reset the processor.
- Press the "Y" key in order to answer yes.
Note: Steps 2 through 4 will need to be repeated if the programming is not completed.
- Repeat "Internal CAN Enable Set" and "Model Index Set" for each additional MMU in your system.
