- Remove magnetic pickup from flywheel housing. Check the condition of the end of the magnetic pickup. Check for signs of wear and contaminants.
- Clean the metal shavings and other debris from the face of the magnet.
- Install the magnetic pickup and adjust the magnetic pickup. Contact your Cat dealer for further information.
