Install IQANActive Studio Or IQANDevleop onto the computer that will be used. Follow the instructions below to obtain the safe codes needed to access the machine software files.

Note: The software must be installed before attempting to connect to a machine.

Note: When sending in your public key, also include model of machines you need safe codes for along with a copy of your license number.

After loading the IQAN software on to your computer you will need to obtain the new safe codes. To obtain safe codes, submit a DSN ticket and request DSN ticket to be escalated to a Base Machine Tier 2.
