Window Wiper and Wiper Motor (Front) - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Connect the steering frame lock.
- Release the hydraulic system pressure.
- Disconnect harness assembly (1).

- Remove bolts (3) and wiper (2). Remove cap (4). Repeat this step for the other front wiper.

Illustration 4 g02447008 - Support wiper motor assembly (6) inside of the cab. Remove clip (7), washer (8), nuts (9), washer (10), and washer (11).

- Install wiper motor assembly (6) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten nuts (9) to a torque of
38 ± 2 N·m (28 ± 1 lb ft) . - Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of
14 ± 2 N·m (124 ± 18 lb in) .
- Tighten nuts (9) to a torque of
