Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Connect the steering frame lock.

2. Release the hydraulic system pressure.

1. Drain a portion of the hydraulic oil into a suitable container. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

2. Use two people in order to remove door assembly (1) and plate assembly (2).

3. Open door assemblies (3).

4. Remove hose assembly (4), hose assembly (8), hose assembly (9), and hose assembly (10).

5. Disconnect hose assembly (7) and hose assembly (11).

6. Disconnect harness assembly (5). Disconnect valve (6) from the bracket and position valve (6) out of the way.

7. Disconnect harness assembly (13). Remove tube assembly (12). Disconnect hose assembly (14).

8. Attach a suitable lifting device to hydraulic fan piston pump (15). The weight of hydraulic fan piston pump (15) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).

9. Remove the bolts and hydraulic fan piston pump (15).

Installation procedure

1. Install hydraulic fan piston pump (15) in the reverse order of removal.
