Note: Before assembly, lubricate the threads and the bearing surface of the locknuts with 4C-5599 Anti-Seize Compound.

(1) Torque for the locknuts ... 55 ± 5 N·m (41 ± 4 lb ft)

(2) Torque for the compressor clamp assembly ... 13.5 ± 1.0 N·m (119.5 ± 8.9 lb in)

Use the following procedure in order to tighten the turbine clamp assembly (3):

1. Tighten the turbine clamp assembly to 18.1 N·m (160.2 lb in).

2. Loosen the turbine clamp assembly to 5.6 N·m (49.6 lb in).

3. Again, tighten the turbine clamp assembly to 13.5 ± 1.0 N·m (119.5 ± 8.9 lb in).
