The supplemental product support literature should be used with the appropriate Service Manual and the appropriate Parts Manual that is available for each standard machine.
Do not perform any procedure or order any parts outlined in this publication until you understand the information contained in this document.

Sudden movement or accidental starting of the machine can cause personal injury or death to persons on or near the machine. To prevent personal injury or death, perform the following: Park the machine on a smooth, level surface. Lower the work tool to the ground and engage the parking brake. Stop the engine and remove the key. Block the wheels and install the steering frame lock. |

- Remove two 9X-2041 Screws (1). Refer to Illustration 1.

Preparing Machines Equipped with 320-9998 Radio Installation Gp (CB)
If the machine is equipped with 320-9998 Radio Installation Gp , the items listed below need removed before installation.
- Remove 318-9631 Plate (3). Refer to Illustration 3.

- Remove the two 8T-4133 Nuts (6) and 8T-4121 Hard Washers (5). Remove one 4Y-8003 U-Bolt (4). Refer to Illustration 3.
Installing 361-6833 Lighting Group Warning Beacon Kit
- Install 237-9736 Rocker Switch (11). Refer to Illustration 4.

- Before mounting 255-4370 Bracket (12) to the cab, attach one 130-5300 Clip (17) with one 8T-4121 Hard Washer (20) and one 8T-4137 Bolt (23). Refer to Illustration 5.

- Attach one 255-4371 Bracket (13) to 255-4370 Bracket (12) with three 8T-4121 Hard Washers (20) and four 8T-4137 Bolts (23). Refer to Illustration 5.
- Attach one 8M-2770 Clip (19) to 255-4370 Bracket (12) with one 8T-4121 Hard Washer (20) and one 8T-4137 Bolt (23). Refer to Illustration 5.
- Attach 255-4370 Bracket (12) to the machine with two 8T-4137 Bolts (23) and two 8T-4121 Hard Washers (20). Install two 4Y-8003 U-Bolts (18) with four 8T-4133 Nuts (22) and five 8T-4121 Hard Washers (20). Refer to Illustration 6.

- Install 237-7262 Plate As (10) into 255-4371 Bracket (13). Insert 318-2605 Spring Pin (15). Refer to Illustration 7.
Note: Install 318-2605 Spring Pin (15) with Loctite 262 Blue. The slotted side should face the beacon lamp.

- Install 8T-4122 Hard Washer (21), 9T-8556 Spring (8), and 8T-4223 Hard Washer (24) onto 237-7262 Plate As (10). Secure with 129-3180 Locknut (16). Refer to Illustration 7.
Note: The assembled length of 9T-8556 Spring (8) should be 48.5 ± 2 mm (1.9 ± 0.08 inch).
