361-6832 High Intensity Discharge (HID) Lighting Kit

The supplemental product support literature should be used with the appropriate Service Manual and the appropriate Parts Manual that is available for each standard machine.

Do not perform any procedure or order any parts outlined in this publication until you understand the information contained in this document.

Sudden movement or accidental starting of the machine can cause personal injury or death to persons on or near the machine.
To prevent personal injury or death, perform the following:
Park the machine on a smooth, level surface.
Lower the work tool to the ground and engage the parking brake.
Stop the engine and remove the key.

Block the wheels and install the steering frame lock.

Install 236-7773 Lighting Harness As (7). Secure the harness with six 3S-2093 Cable Straps (5) and two 7K-1181 Cable Straps (6). Refer to Illustration 5.

Install 236-9775 Bracket As (LH) (8). Secure the bracket with one 8T-4195 Bolt (14), one 8T-4133 Nut (13), and two 8T-4121 Hard Washers (12). Refer to Illustration 5.

Install 236-9776 Bracket As (RH) (9). Secure the bracket with one 8T-4195 Bolt (14), one 8T-4133 Nut (13), and two 8T-4121 Hard Washers (12). Refer to Illustration 5.

Install 347-9427 Flood Lamp Gp (11). Tighten bolt (15) to 20 N·m (14.8 lb ft). Tighten bolt (16) to 25 ± 7 N·m (18.4 ± 5.2 lb ft). Refer to Illustration 6.
