MID 161 - CID 0254 - FMI 12
产生此代码的情况:
当 PL522 或 523 检测到控制模块内部故障时，系统会记录此诊断代码。 此诊断代码只能由 PL522 或 523 的 ECM 故障引起。 控制模块内无可维修部件。
测试步骤 1. 检查线束连接。
- 断开并清洁线束接头的触点。
- 重新连接所有线束接头。
- 将钥匙起动开关转到接通位置。
- 运转机器。
- 利用 Cat ET 确定是否存在 "CID 0254 FMI 12" 诊断代码。
预期结果:
存在 "CID 0254 FMI 12" 诊断代码。
结果:
- 正常 - 存在 "CID 0254 FMI 12" 诊断代码。
修复: 没有排除该故障。 ECM 故障不太可能。 重新执行此诊断测试步骤。 如果没有找到诊断代码的根源，则更换 PL522 或 523 ECM。 更换 PL522 或 523 前，请联系您的 Caterpillar 技术通信员。 请参考系统操作、故障诊断与排除、测试和调整, "电子控制模块 (ECM) - 更换"。
停止
- 异常 - 不存在 "CID 0254 FMI 12" 诊断代码。 此时不存在该故障。 原有故障可能是由于某个断开后又重新连接的线束接头存在电气连接不良或短路而引起的。 恢复机器的正常运转。停止
