Fuel Cooler - Remove and Install

Fuel leaked or spilled onto hot surfaces or electrical components can cause a fire. To help prevent possible injury, turn the start switch off when changing fuel filters or water separator elements. Clean up fuel spills immediately. |
- Shut off the fuel supply.

Illustration 1 g02155759 - Open grill assembly (1). Disconnect hose assemblies (3).
- Remove bolts (2) and bolts (5) in order to remove fuel cooler (4).

- Install fuel cooler (4) in the reverse order of the removal procedure.
