EMCP can be damaged by attaching any circuit to EMCP family of A form or C form relays that exceed 2A at 28 V DC. If there is a need to attach a circuit that exceeds 2A at 28 V DC, a slave relay should be used. A configuration of a slave relay ensures that the maximum rating of the EMCP 3.X relay is not exceeded.
