Generator Bearing Temperature - Test/Record
Sledováním teploty ložiska je možné předejít jeho předčasnému opotřebení. Pokud teplota překročí doporučené nastavené hodnoty, je nutné generátor vypnout. Údaje o teplotě ložiska si zaznamenávejte.
Poznámka Teplotu ložiska měřte až ve chvíli, kdy se generátor zahřeje na běžnou provozní teplotu.
Odporové teplotní snímače (RTD)
Generátory Caterpillar mohou být vybaveny odporovými detektory teploty pro ložiska generátorů. Jedná se o 100ohmové teplotní snímače. Signály odporových snímačů teploty lze sledovat také volitelným příslušenstvím dodaným zákazníkem. O dalších způsobech měření teploty ložisek se poraďte s prodejcem společnosti Caterpillar.
Teplotu ložiska lze zaznamenávat také infračerveným teploměrem. Viz Zvláštní publikace, NENG2500, "Caterpillar Dealer Service Tools Catalog", kde jsou uvedeny různé infračervené teploměry. Dodržujte pokyny dodané výrobcem teploměru.
