New Settings Are Now Used For EMCP 3 On Certain Generator Sets {4490}

Description of Change: New settings are now used for the EMCP 3 on certain Generator Sets. Updating with these settings will enhance the reliability of the EMCP 3.

Adaptable To: The effectivity for this change is shown in table 1.

Dealers can update the factory settings by following the steps that are listed below.

  1. Start the set position for the aid activation timer in the EMCP 3 configuration at 0 seconds, with a rule that if the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA110) and Jacket Water Heater (JWH) options are selected, the value in the factory settings rules is set to 0.

  1. Set the "Service Maintenance Interval Warning Event Response " configuration as "Disable" condition for PEPCNN product.

  1. Change the display for the "Pressure Units Configuration" from "Bar" to "PSI " for PEPCNN product.

  1. Change the display for the "Temperature Units Configuration" from "Celsius" to "Fahrenheit" for PEPCNN product.

  1. Change the display for the "Volume Units Configuration" from "Liter" to "Gallon" for PEPCNN product.

  1. Change the event notification delay time for the "Low Battery Charging System Volatage Warning" from 30 seconds to 60 seconds for all product.
