Start By:

  1. Remove the gear motor (hydraulic fan). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Motor (Hydraulic Fan) - Remove".

  1. Remove nut (1), the O-ring seal, and coil (2) .

  1. Remove spool (3) .

  1. Remove O-ring seal (4), O-ring seal (5), and O-ring seal (9) .

  1. Remove back up ring (6) and back up ring (8) from spool (3) .

  1. Remove bolts (9) and end cover (10) .

  1. Remove seal (11) .

  1. Remove bushing (12) .

  1. Remove back up ring (13) and seal (14) from bushing (12) .

  1. Remove drive gear (15) and driven gear (16) .

  1. Remove housing (17) and bushing (18) .

  1. Remove seal (21) from housing (17) .

  1. Remove coupler (22) .

  1. Separate plate (23) from end cover (24) .

  1. Remove seal (25) from end cover (24) .

  1. Use Tooling (A) and remove retaining ring pliers (26) from end cover (23) .

  1. Remove seal (27) from end cover (23) .
