A New Backing Pad Is Available for the 127 mm (5 inch) Rotary Grinding Disc {0674, 0677, 0685}

The 254-5308 Backing Pad must be used with the 1U-6836 Disc in all rotary applications. The diameter of 1U-6836 Disc is 127 mm (5 inch). The maximum rotational speed must be less than 11,000 rpm. The 254-5308 Backing Pad provides improved grinding. The backing pad ensures safe grinding operation.
Note: The 1U-6836 Disc may absorb moisture when the disc is exposed to the environment. The disc may change shape if moisture is absorbed. Do not use an excessively curled disc.
