(1) As required, use the following shims in order to obtain the dimension (A):

(A) Dimension ... 99.4 to 99.5 mm (3.91 to 3.92 inch)

Thickness of the 9T-2581 Shim ... 0.10 mm (0.004 inch)

Thickness of the 9T-2582 Shim ... 0.3 mm (0.01 inch)

Note: Apply 4C-4030 Thread Lock Compound to the threads of the screws (2).

(2) Torque for seven screws ... 15.5 ± 1.5 N·m (137.2 ± 13.3 lb in)

(3) 166-7410 Spring

Free length ... 36.50 mm (1.437 inch)

Outside diameter ... 15.30 mm (0.602 inch)

(4) As required, use any one of the following shims in order to obtain the clearance (B):

(B) Clearance ... 0.20 ± 0.05 mm (0.008 ± 0.002 inch)

Thickness of the 141-0247 Shim ... 3.50 mm (0.138 inch)

Thickness of the 141-0248 Shim ... 3.60 mm (0.142 inch)

Thickness of the 141-0249 Shim ... 3.70 mm (0.146 inch)

Thickness of the 141-0250 Shim ... 3.80 mm (0.150 inch)

Thickness of the 141-0252 Shim ... 4.00 mm (0.157 inch)
