Welding Precaution
为避免损坏电子控制模块（ECM）、传感器和相关部件，必须采用的焊接步骤。 用于从动设备的部件也应考虑。 按照下述步骤对发动机进行焊接。
- 将发动机控制置于"停机"模式。
- 确保关断通往发动机的燃气供给。
- 断开蓄电池上的负极接线端。
- 断开接线线束上的所有电气部件。 断开下列部件：
- 从动设备的电气部件
- 发动机电子控制模块
- 燃油执行器
- 传感器
- 油门执行器
- 从动设备的电气部件
- 可能时，将接地卡箍直接连接到将要焊接的发动机部件上。 将卡箍尽可能靠近焊接点，以降低焊接电流损坏以下部件的可能性：
- 发动机轴承
- 电气部件
- 其它发动机部件
- 发动机轴承
