NOTICE

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.

Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.


Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

  1. Install coupling assembly (29) and tighten setscrews (28) to a toque of 110 ± 10 N·m (81 ± 7 lb ft).

  2. Attach Tooling (A), Tooling (B), and a suitable lifting device to piston pumps (25). The combined weight of piston pumps (25) is approximately 154 kg (340 lb). Position piston pumps (25) and pump coupling (27) to the machine and install bolts (26). Remove Tooling (A), Tooling (B), and the suitable lifting device.

  3. Attach a suitable lifting device to engine (22). The weight of engine (22) is approximately 794 kg (1750 lb).

  4. Install supports (24).

  5. Raise engine (22) and remove Tooling (A) and lower engine onto supports (24).

  6. Remove the suitable lifting device.

  7. Install bolt (23). Repeat for the opposite side.

  8. Use two people in order to position bracket assembly (21). The weight of bracket assembly (21) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb). Attach cable straps (20).

  9. Connect harness assembly (14) and attach cable strap (15).

  10. Connect hose assemblies (19), (18), (17), and (16).

  11. Install tube assemblies (13) and (12).

  12. Connect hose assembly (11).

  13. Connect harness assembly (10) and attach cable strap (9).

  14. Install tube assembly (3), tube assembly (4), and tube assembly (2).

  15. Connect hose assemblies (6), (8), and (5).

  16. Connect hoses (7).

  17. Position bracket assembly (1) and connect bracket assembly (1).

End By:

  1. Install the implement piston pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Implement) - Install".

  2. Install the two middle bottom guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Remove and Install".

  3. Install the rollover protection structure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Rollover Protection Structure (ROPS) - Remove and Install".
