- Coil resistance at 20 ± 5 °C (68 ± 9 °F) ... 3.20 ± 0.35 Ohms
(4) Torque for fastener ... 8 ± 2 N·m (70 ± 18 lb in)
(5) Torque for cartridge ... 25 ± 2 N·m (18 ± 1.5 lb ft)
(6) Torque for two elbows ... 57 ± 2.5 N·m (42 ± 2 lb ft)
Removal Procedure
- Remove the loader bucket.
- Position coupler, as shown.
- Release the pressure in the hydraulic system.
- Install suitable cribbing under the rod end of the tilt cylinder to support the lift cylinder when the linkage is disconnected.
- Disconnect hose assemblies (3) from quick coupler (7) . Disconnect harness assembly (4) .

- Remove pin (8) and pin (5) . Remove washers (6) (not shown). Remove pins (2) and plates (1) . Repeat for the opposite side.
Installation Procedure
- Install quick coupler (7) in the reverse order of removal.
- Use washers (6) as required, to obtain a maximum gap of 1.0 ± 1.0 mm (0.04 ± 0.04 inch) at the inside of the lift arms. Use an equal amount of washers (6) on each side to center quick coupler (7) on the lift arms.
Disassembly Procedure

Cylinders equipped with lock valves can remain pressurized for very long periods of time, even with the hoses removed. Failure to relieve pressure before removing a lock valve or disassembling a cylinder can result in personal injury or death. Ensure all pressure is relieved before removing a lock valve or disassembling a cylinder. |
- Disconnect hose assemblies (1) . Remove bolts (3) . Remove cover assembly and control valve assembly (2) .

- Remove elbows (4) and (7) . Remove bolts (6) . Remove control valve (5) .

- Disconnect hose assemblies (11) . Remove dowel (8) . Remove pin (9) . Remove cylinder assembly (10) .

Assembly Procedure
- Assemble in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten elbows (4) to a torque of 57 ± 2.5 N·m (42 ± 2 lb ft).
- Tighten elbows (7) to a torque of 88 ± 4 N·m (65 ± 2 lb ft).
- Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 14 ± 3 N·m (10 ± 2 lb ft).
