Removal Procedure

1. Release the pressure in the hydraulic system.

3. Remove panel (2) . Repeat for opposite side.

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force. Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment. Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.

5. Remove pedal (4) and spring (5) .

6. Disconnect hose assemblies (7) from steering metering pump (8) . Disconnect hose (6) .

7. Remove bolts (9) . Remove bolt (10) and remove steering metering pump (8) .

   Note: Do not remove bolt (11) .

Installation Procedure

1. Install steering metering pump (8) in the reverse order of removal.
