- 拆下管组件 (1) 。

- 将工具 (A) 、工具 (B) 、工具 (C) 和适当的起吊设备固定到变矩器壳体组件 (2) 上。 变矩器壳体组件 (2) 的重量约为 615 kg (1350 lb)。 翻转变矩器壳体组件 (2) ，如图所示。 将变矩器壳体组件定位到适当的支座上。

- 拆下螺栓 (3) 。 利用工具 (D) 断开轮毂 (4) 。 利用工具 (B) 和适当的起吊设备拆下轮毂 (4) 。 轮毂 (4) 的重量约为 35 kg (75 lb)。

- 将工具 (B) 和适当的起吊设备固定到变矩器组件 (5) 上。 变矩器组件 (5) 的重量约为 340
kg (750 lb)。 拆下螺栓 (6) 。 拆下变矩器组件 (5) 。
注: O 形密封圈可对变矩器组件 (5) 的拆卸产生一定的阻力。
