Usage:

345D L BYC
动臂下降控制阀位于动臂油缸的缸盖端。

动臂下降控制阀具有两个功能:

  • 如果液压供油管路出现故障,或通向动臂油缸的供油管道出现故障,动臂下降控制阀可防止动臂滑落。

  • 在发动机熄火后,操作员可通过动臂下降控制阀以手动方式降下动臂。

当操作员将操纵手柄移到 BOOM RAISE(动臂上升)位置时,机油从主控制阀流过动臂下降控制阀的孔口 ( 8)。 由于机油压力升高,单向阀 ( 4) 顶着弹簧 (5) 的弹力移动。 这样,机油能够经过孔口 ( 6)、油道 (2) 和孔口 ( 1),流向动臂油缸的缸盖端。 连杆伸展,动臂上升。

当操作员将操纵手柄移到 BOOM LOWER(动臂下降)位置时,先导油从先导控制阀流向动臂下降控制阀的孔口 ( 10)。 在先导压力的作用下,滑阀 ( 11) 向左移动。 节流孔 ( 13) 打开,机油可由此流向油道 ( 12)。

随着操纵手柄进一步向 BOOM LOWER(动臂下降)位置移动,孔口 ( 10) 中的先导压力升高。 滑阀 (11) 进一步左移,使得更多机油经过油道 ( 2) 流向油道 (12)。 从动臂油缸缸盖端流出的机油经过孔口 ( 1),通过动臂再生阀流向孔口 ( 8),然后流向主控制阀。 动臂油缸连杆回缩,动臂下降。

当逆时针旋转阀座 ( 21) 时,钢球 (24) 将会移动。 由于钢球 (24) 已经移开,机油此时能够经过孔口 ( 1) 和阀 (23) 流向孔口 ( 15)。 从动臂油缸的缸盖端流出的机油经过孔口 ( 15) 流向液压油箱。 这样将使动臂下降。
