Differential and Final Drive Oil Sample - Obtain

  1. 获取油样之前操作机器几分钟。 这将彻底混合油,便于获得更准确的油样。

  2. 差速器和终传动没有配备采样阀。 获取油样时将需要使用真空泵或等效装置,以便从部件中抽取油样。 通过差速器和终传动的加注口来抽取油样。

    注: 这个步骤需要取得每个终传动和每个差速器的油样。 每个车桥有三个油样,这个步骤总共取六个油样。 确保准确记录每个油样的位置。
