Customers may make unauthorized modifications to the engine or unauthorized modifications to the chassis. Unauthorized modifications can affect the engine's reliability, the engine's durability or the engine's compliance with emissions.
The Special Instruction, REHS3809 has been released in order to assist the dealers in identifying and documenting known or suspected unauthorized modifications.
