在发动机和油泵停转后，本机器的液压系统中可能仍保持着液压油压力。 如果在对液压进行任何维护前没有释放此压力，可能会造成严重的人身伤害。 为了避免可能的人身伤害，在进行接头、软管或液压零部件操作之前应释放液压系统压力。 开始维护之前把所有机具降到地面。 如果必须在机具升起位置时维护、测试或调整液压系统，则需要适当支撑住机具和提升油缸。 一定要将机器移到远离其它机器行走线路的地方。 发动机运转并进行测试或调整时，应保证其他人员远离机器。 |
注: 为便于安装，在所有管路、软管、导线和管子上做出识别标记。 插接好所有线路、软管和管路。 这将有助于防止液体泄漏和防止污染物进入系统。
- 释放系统压力。 请参阅操作和保养手册, "系统压力 - 释放"。
- 将工具 (A) 安装到液压油箱上。 将一条供气软管连接到工具 (A) 上。 施加 138 kPa (20 psi) 的压力。 此步骤将使液压系统抽吸出真空。
