- 将适当起吊设备连在涡轮增压器 (3) 上。 涡轮增压器 (3) 的重量约为 135 kg (300 lb)。

- 将涡轮增压器 (3) 放置在安装支架上。 将工具 (A) 涂敷在螺栓 (5) 的螺纹上。 安装螺栓 (5) 。 此时请勿拧紧螺栓 (5) 。
- 安装管组件 (4) 。 连接管 (9) 、管组件 (8) 和管组件 (6) 。
- 将工具 (A) 涂抹在螺纹、轴承表面以及卡箍组件 (7) 的内表面。 安装新的波纹管组件 (10) 、螺栓 (11) 以及新的卡箍组件 (7) 。 把卡箍组件 (7) 拧紧至扭矩为 10 ± 1 N·m (90 ± 9 lb in)。 用软锤在卡箍组件的直径四周轻轻敲打。 把卡箍组件 (7) 拧紧至扭矩为 10 ± 1 N·m (90 ± 9 lb in)。
注: 在安装过程中，确保波纹管组件处于正确的朝向。 波纹管组件的顶部之间间距应相等
- 将工具 (A) 涂抹在螺纹、轴承表面、卡箍组件 (2) 的内表面以及卡箍组件 (1) 上。 将新的波纹管组件、新的卡箍组件 (2) 和新的卡箍组件 (1) 安装在涡轮增压器 (3) 上。 把卡箍组件 (2) 和卡箍组件 (1) 拧紧至扭矩为 7.5 ± 1.0 N·m (65 ± 9 lb in)。 用软面锤轻轻敲打卡箍组件外缘。 把卡箍组件 (2) 和卡箍组件 (1) 拧紧至扭矩为 7.5 ± 1.0 N·m (65 ± 9 lb in)。

注: 在安装过程中，确保波纹管组件处于正确的朝向。 流向箭头的方向应指向正确的方向。 波纹管组件的顶部之间间距应相等
- 将固定涡轮增压器 (3) 的螺栓拧紧至标准扭矩。
- 安装空气滤清器。
- 向冷却系统加注冷却液。 请参阅操作和保养手册, "冷却系统冷却液 - 更换"。
