Using Caterpillar Electronic Technician to Determine Diagnostic Codes

下述程序可能会导致记录新的诊断代码。 因此,执行任何程序之前,先列出所有激活的诊断代码,以确定系统有无故障。 完成各个步骤后,清除步骤所引起的诊断代码。
注: 执行程序之前,一定要先检查所有断路器。 排除跳闸断路器跳闸的原因。
Cat ET 中提供了显示现行诊断代码的屏幕。 该屏幕显示所有现行诊断代码。 现行诊断信息包括部件识别符 (CID)、故障模式识别符 (FMI) 和故障的文字描述。

Cat ET 中提供了显示记录的诊断代码的屏幕。 该屏幕显示所有记录的诊断代码。 Cat ET 会记录间歇性诊断代码。 记录的诊断数据包括部件识别符 (CID)、故障模式识别符 (FMI) 和问题的文字描述。 此外,记录的诊断数据还包括问题出现的次数和两个时间标记。 一个时间标记显示问题第一次出现的时间,另一个时间标记显示问题最近一次出现的时间。
诊断信息记录在固定存储器中。 通电时,ECM 会清除过去机器运转 150 小时内未检测到的或未激活的所有诊断代码。
