This diagnostic code is recorded when the Machine ECM determines that the Deceleration Pedal Sensor requires calibration.
Test Step 1. CALIBRATE THE DECELERATION PEDAL SENSOR
- Perform the necessary calibration procedure for the switch. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, RENR8959, "Position Sensor (Left Brake Pedal) (Decelerator) (Electronic Technician) - Calibrate" procedure.
Expected Result:
The calibration procedure for the switch was performed successfully.
Results:
- YES - The calibration procedure for the switch was performed successfully. Resume normal machine operation.STOP
- NO - The calibration procedure for the switch was not performed successfully.
Repair: Repeat the calibration procedure for the switch. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, RENR8959, "Position Sensor (Left Brake Pedal) (Decelerator) (Electronic Technician) - Calibrate" procedure.
