Prosedur Pengaturan Awal
Catatan: Pastikan posisi bak pembuangan di bawah.
- Masukkan kabel uji ke kontak B dan kontak C. Hubungkan kabel positif ke kontak C dan hubungkan kabel negatif ke kontak B.
- Kendurkan baut yang mengencangkan tuas di poros sensor.
Catatan: Pastikan tuas berada di titik stop bak pembuangan.
- Lihat sinyal Lebar Pulsa Termodulasi (PWM, Pulse Width Modulated) pada multimeter saat poros ke sensor diputar. Putar poros hingga siklus kerja yang ditampilkan di multimeter adalah 20 persen siklus kerja.
- Setelah 20 persen siklus kerja tercapai, kencangkan baut untuk mengunci tuas ke poros sensor.
Catatan: Gunakan Multimeter 9U-7330 dengan Sensor Multimeter 7X-1710.
Periksa Sensor Posisi Bodi terhadap Pengoperasian yang Benar.
- Nyalakan engine dan naikkan bak pembuangan.
- Posisikan tuas untuk tuas kontrol hoist ke posisi FLOAT selama minimum 12 detik.
- Perhatikan indikator bak naik saat tuas kontrol hoist berada di posisi FLOAT. Indikator akan menyala saat bak pembuangan berada di posisi FLOAT.
- Angkat bak pembuangan dan turunkan bak pembuangan. Pastikan indikator bak pembuangan tidak menyala saat bak pembuangan diturunkan.
Catatan: Jika Electronic Technician (ET) terhubung, pastikan pengukuran untuk fungsi snub adalah 4°. Selain itu, pastikan sudut bak pembuangan adalah 0° saat bak pembuangan diturunkan.
Kalibrasi Otomatis
Sensor posisi bodi akan melakukan kalibrasi secara otomatis jika kondisi berikut terpenuhi:
- Sensor berada di antara 10 persen dan 30 persen siklus kerja saat bak pembuangan diturunkan.
- Engine sedang hidup.
- Tuas kontrol hoist berada di posisi FLOAT atau saat daya tidak ada.
- Kondisi di atas stabil selama minimum 12 detik.
Catatan: Setelah dikalibrasi, posisi bak di ET akan ditampilkan 0° dan akan naik saat bak pembuangan diangkat.
