使用以下步骤来检查活塞冷却喷嘴是否对准。
- 将杆 (3) 插入活塞冷却喷嘴 (2) 的端部。 杆 (3) 的直径为 1.70 mm (0.067 in)。 杆 (3) 必须高出缸体的顶部。
- 尺寸 (A) 为 50.75 mm (1.9980 in)，尺寸 (B) 为 9.35 mm (0.3681 in)。 尺寸 (A) 及尺寸 (B) 与气缸孔径 (4) 正切。
- 杆 (3) 的位置必须在尺寸 (C) 范围内。 尺寸 (C) 为 10 mm (0.3937 in)。
注: 检查对准时要保证杆 (3) 不会损坏活塞冷却喷嘴。活塞冷却喷嘴不能调整。如果活塞冷却喷嘴不能对准，必须更换。
