Oil Filter (Transmission Charging) - Disassemble

Usage:

777F JRP

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the oil filter (transmission charging). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Oil Filter (Transmission Charging) - Remove".

  1. Remove bolts (2). Separate oil filter base (1) and (3).

    ------ WARNING! ------

    Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.

    Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.

    Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.


  2. Remove O-ring seals (4), plug (8), spool (7), spring (6), and spring (5) from oil filter base (1).

  3. Remove sampling valve (9). Remove nipple assembly (11). Remove switch (15). Remove adapter (14). Remove spool (13) from oil filter base (3).

  4. Remove spring (12). Remove spring (10).
